I can't believe it finally happened. I have lost the one person who has been my bestfriend since i was 18. The one person who i thought I actually had a future with. I'm sick of the shit he just put me threw and im now done with it. I have never felt this lonely before. He was my life. I know everyone is gonna say that i am better off without him

Actually I don't think it matters if you are better off without him. It hurts. I had a similar situation 12 years, a husband, and 5 kids ago. I love my husband and he means the world to me, but he has never been the friend this other guy was. However the relationship 12 years ago had turned into unhealthy and I did what I had to. Still I miss the man I once knew. I just wanted you to know you aren't alone and doing the right thing doesn't always feel good. I hope your pain eases and that you find and that your healing is more complete than mine has been. However life does go on after love. Rather that love is romantic or just platonic. Be strong and good luck.
