today i donated blood (is that right?^^) it was my first time. there were medics in my school, who come along every few months. i was really nervous, but a friend hold my hand and it wasn't that painful i thought^^ but my blood flows slowly and so it took long and all my friends were ready, while i was still lying there^^ but we got a lot of cola

du glaubst gar nicht, wie aufgeregt ich war^^ vor allem, als es dann bei mir länger als bei allen anderen gedauert hat. aber ne freundin hat meine hand gehalten und es war wirklich nciht schlimm. und jetzt weiß ich dann auch bald welche blutgruppe ich hab. das interessiert mich voll^^
