My sh** has hit the fan as well as my mental health
So today I got a call at work, Alexis is having a meltdown and tells my mother's nurse that she is home alone. The nurse calls and yells at me and I lose it. Overload
So life is totally crazy, right now. Alexis told me this afternoon that I was not fun anymore, and I have to agree with her. My head, body, and heart are all going in different directions. Whoa...where is time going.
Ok, so my goddaughter got married. It was on May 1 and it was beautiful. Alexis will be going into fifth grade in a few months. Savannah has turned four. Cherilynn is talking some now. I am working very hard and still feel like I am running in circles. Friends are giving me a rough time because they feel as if I am cutting them out of my life ( Read more... ) -
Time out !!
Sometimes it is good to have a time out. I took a few vacation days at the end of March and did some errands that needed to be done. Errands that unfortunately could not be done on a Saturday or a Sunday. The girls were very happy to have mom at home for a few days. So, every once in awhile I do something just completely self-indulgent. It is wonderful. So, when I was a younger lass, I had an affection for fake finger nails. I will be the first to say that I do not agree with everything that the president's administration has done. Sick of Snow
I am so sick of the snow. Yes, it was pretty for about 10 minutes but this is way too much for me. I have had to attempt to go to work for a week because due to my recent promotion I am not allowed to miss any time from work. Well I blew that on friday, when I found my van and myself looking up from a ditch.
