It wasn't corporate policy to do that, it was a managerial decision.. I'd say boycott that store, but since she had gotten the week off BEFORE management changed, it shows that at least someone was looking out for her/being reasonable...
Yeah, what happened was totally wrong, and she can sue because of it, it's part of being an EOE.. if she can prove she was fired because of her faith, then she has a good case against the company and the manager who discriminated...
incidentally, i can't purchase anything from them because i'm highly allergic to the chemicals they use in their lotions/soaps/perfumes...
think of it this way... one person who is in a minor position (comparatively) in the company shouldn't be the one we use to represent the WHOLE company...

Write a letter to corporate, tell them you're disappointed that the manager in question got away with doing something so crude, and ask them to find a way to fix the problem. Don't base your decisions on the company because of one person one step up from the bottom rung.
Most of all, don't harass the person who made the decision. All you're going to do there is to make her feel justified in her decision. She'll begin to think poorly of anyone and everyone else, and her attitude/discriminatory attitude will become worse.
Dude.. that is just wrong. I don't care what your religious preference is, that's discrimination. I can hear LAW SUIT in the background. Well they've lost my business. Just as well anyway, considering that every time they come out with a great lotion or bath soap, they discontinue it just as fast as they put it on the shelves.
