I feel old............and stuff
Yes, peeps, my 23rd birthday is this Sunday and I feel old. Why? Because for the past week I've been in a classroom of preschoolers BY MYSELF (we're supposed to have two (2) adults in each room). No longer unemployed!
Ok, so after 4 interviews and several hours of classroom observation (i.e. being thrown into education's version of the snake pit) I got a call from the head of HR at Cincy Union Bethel. Tonight they are sending out a letter offering me one of their teacher assistant positions! I will most likely be working 10 minutes away from home with toddlers ( Read more... ) -
What's been going on with me.....I'm tired so this won't be real English :)
Job is slowly coming to fruition (if that's a word spelled correctly), found my lil piece of heaven in Cincinnati (Alcapoco's in Fairfield), brainstorming the details for the wedding (and some things I have my heart set on), discovered that The Devil's Rejects sucks big time (I would have combusted in my seat if someone actually had to shell out ( Read more... ) -

A turn for the better in my job hunt! The gal whom I was supposed to interview with (but I interviewed with a parent instead) has asked me to come back for a second interview for a HeadStart program! WWWHHEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! My dream (temporary) job: getting paid to play with preschoolers (and I guess educate them along the way too)!!!
