James's court date was cancelled cause the judge suddenly decided to take that day off. The date has to be resceduled but that can't take place until next MOnday when the judge returns from his sudden holiday. My family is not happy which makes me very glad that I don't live with them anymore or I would even be more upset. Life sucks sometimes. ( Read more... )

It's been a while since I've written on this so a brief update on this butterfly's life. My Aunt Sharron is back out of the hosptial and is doing slightly better. Thought I would update people a little. I went to the doctor today and let it slip that I get out of breath if I walk too fast and extremely quickly. She tested me with a peak o meter for asthma and I'm taking medicine now to see if it helps any. If it does she's prescribing it for me permanently. Unfortuantely with insurance it's 58 bucks. We did have a Thanksgiving though it was more subdued than usual. This was the first Thanksgiving without alot of people there and it was hard on everyone but we made it through. I just found out that my brother's ex-girlfriend who had been supporting him all of this time suddenly changed her story and is now saying that James did sexually abuse my nephew which he didn't. I found out something interesting and cool for me anyway. I can drink the little Dr. Peppers without any problems with my sensitivity to caffeine. 8 oz of caffeine and sugar tastes really good when you thought you couldn't have too much. The dog found a home so all is happy there and my granddad is getting a new Cocketeel so that's good. That's all that's really new other than I'm really rushed right now. I had a wonderful relaxing weekend and wish it was Friday again. We're going down to Faire this weekend so I am looking forward to that. For now I gotta go get ready for class.
