All this rain is getting to me. I just want to go home and go to sleep.
Add in the crazy upcoming weekend and I am beginning to stress out majorly.
There is the work issue. We got museum passes almost 9 months ago for the library and I haven't done a thing with them yet!!!! CRAP!!!! No idea what to do about it now. My stomach hurts and I want

I'm so sorry to see you've been dealing with back pain and I hope you can find a treatment that will work for you quickly and effectively. I'm sure it's no fun to deal with and makes you feel like you're 90, and that's no good!
I currently have pain in my left heel, and though I believe it was caused by me stepping on Shawn's Legos awhile back (dang did that hurt!!) I also worry it could be some other problem that won't go away on it's own. I keep telling myself if it doesn't get better I'll go to the podiatrist but have yet to make an appt. I keep hoping it'll just miraculously feel better! *sigh*
Sorry to see you and Jeff have never gone on your weekend trip -- life just gets in the way all too often, doesn't it? We always promise to make ourselves and our relationships the number one priority and yet somehow time just continues to slip by...
Here's to hoping you both can finally get away, even if it is just for a day, here very soon! ^_^
I went off Zoloft on my own in the summer of 2006. I did okay a while, and then I kept getting a little more miserable everyday, until I went to a p-doc and got on effexor, in Jan. 2007. I will say that it (effexor) helps pretty well with my generalized anxiety (for me), for depression, not at all.
I'm sorry you are in pain with your back. Pain sucks! I have it all the time and it wears me down.
I want to add that benzodiazepines for anxiety are serious business, and I avoid them even tho my doc gives them to me (klonapin). I read that they are HIGLY addictive and higher doses are needed over time. They can cause seizures when trying to get off of them. For me, the risks outweigh the benefits.
I say try yoga for anxiety. I keep meaning to by a chair yoga DVD.

I hope things look better when the rain clears, and perhaps there is sleep to be had. Sometimes those things do help.
