Looking forward to the weekend

Tonight is Shabbat on the Beach. Always a fun service.  It is very causal, everyone brings blankets and sand chairs and we hold services on the beach by the lake.  Tonight we are bringing a picnic and we will eat after services (they start at 6:15).  Told the kids we would stay and hang out and swim if it isn't raining because who doesn't think it

We ended up not going to services because it rained. Boo! Rest of the weekend was fun.

That service by the lake seems like it would be so neat;perhaps I should suggest something like that for my church! ;)

It rained so we didn't go but usually it is such a great service. If you have a lake nearby or even a patio/deck to do an outdoor service, I wholeheartedly suggest it!
