Medical Update

I saw the orthopedist yesterday.  Not good.  I am having surgery.  Mid November. We are working on setting a date.  Here's the deal

Thanks everyone. I should have a date for the surgery soon. Right now I have to have a bunch of preop stuff done. The next month or so is going to go by quickly. Trying to get a lot of things in order here at the house so that it will be easier when I am down for the count.

Told my Mom about the no traveling part and while she wasn't happy (neither am I) but it is okay. We will move most of the winter holiday stuff here and we will manage. Don't really have another choice.
