About Me::
This is my second public group order. I have run a few group orders among local friends and have participated in a few on DoA and here on Live Journal. I'm a college student who is currently on summer vacation so I have boatloads of time on my hands to answer emails and take trips to the post office.

Items Avaliable::
I would like to keep this group order limited to the items in the link above, but if there is something you see that you absolutely need please email me and we can discuss it. I am limiting the number of Mplayers available to 5 simply because they cost so much. So please email me ASAP if you want one. If you have any questions about specific items please post them to the link above to keep everything all organized.
Shopping Service and Fees::
For this group order we will be using Celga because iriver.co.jp does not accept international orders. I have used celga before and have never had any problems with them, not to mention their fees will be the cheapest. Fees will be split by everyone so the more you buy the more you pay in fees. I will also be charging paypal fees. I'm not going to make a profit from this but I certainly do not wish the lose any money so i must charge everyone the paypal fees of $.30+2.9%
Payments::
All payments must be paid by Paypal, credit cards are fine but e-checks are not (they simply take too long to clear). As for the excange rate, we will be using the exchange rate posted on Celga's website (currently 100yen=$1). Payment will be made to me in three stages (paypal fees apply for all of them). 1st for the item cost. 2nd for shipping to and from celga and celga's fees, and 3rd for shipping from me to you.
Shipping::
* Shipping to and from Celga to me will be split among all participants, the more you buy the more your shipping will be.
* Shipping from me to you by First Class (small items only), Priority, or Express
* Delivery Confirmation is mandatory, Insurance is Optional
* If insurance is not bought I can not be held responsible for loss or damage by the postal service.
* I have a packing/handling fee of $1.50 (to cover packing supplies, gas, and time)
* International is OK! (I ship from Seattle, WA in the USA)
Time Line::
1.) Group Order Opens
2.) Group Order Closes (August 1st or when item slots fill up)
3.) 1st invoices will be sent out (Item Cost + Paypal Fees)
4.) 1st invoices will be paid
5.) The order will be sent to Celga (Once all invoices are paid)
6.) Celga will receive the items and will bill me for shipping to me
7.) 2nd invoices will be sent out (Celga's Fees + Shipping to Celga + Shipping to me + Paypal Fees)
8.) 2nd invoices will be paid
9.) I will receive the items
10.) Your items will be packed up and weighed and 3rd invoices will be went out (Shiping to you + Paypal fees)
11.) 3rd invoices will be paid
12.) Items will be shipped from me to you
13.) Feedback will be left

All communication will be made via email because its much easier for me to keep track of than LJ messages or posted replies.
