Measurements: All measurements are of the garment itself. Max measurements are with the elastic stretched all the way, this is the max size of the garment, not necessarily the max size of the person who can wear it.
Condition: All of the clothes have been used to some degree whether its to meetups or just trying on in my room. Since then they have been stored for the past 4 or 5 years hanging in my closet or in a rubber maid tub. None of them are in perfect "mint" condition and almost all of them are some what wrinkly.
Price: To a certain degree prices are flexible. There are some items where I'm firm on the price but as I have left the hobby years ago and am just now cleaning out my wardrobe I'd rather see things gone.
