Re. Immersion. That's more of a yes and no answer. Some of it I could do without.

I raided Ogrimmar a few weeks ago, and I think there was about 40 of us.

We killed Thrall and that ... troll guy whose name escapes me! *cheer*

As for the update:

Not much. I dabble in Pokemon and various Point and Click games (Strong Bad's Cool Game 4 Attractive People never gets old, I swear to god. I could listen to Strong Bad's snarky commentary all freakin' day), but not other MMOs.

I've been tempted to play other MMOs, like Guild Wars, but with school and work it just seems like a bad idea to try and split my time.

I believe the biggest raid I took part of was four full 40-mans for WG one night. It was so terrible with the lag, neither side could do anything. Still kinda amazing to see that many in one place!

WoW's the only MMO I play; I also play a couple of FF games on the PS2, I *really* enjoyed Okami. *__* On the computer, I play Sims 2, Zoo Tycoon 2, Black & White, and Age of Empires III.

The biggest raid I've ever been in was either a 40man raidx4 event my guild sponsored to grief the alliance capitols, or the 6 full horde raids in WG one afternoon. Sure 6 raids is techinically bigger than 4 but considering I couldn't move/see half those people from the lag... XD
