I totally wanna get this and play it with my boyfriend.

But how are people in Guild Wars? I played the beta of RIFT and was horrified by how rude people were. And I am even used to rude people from playing League of Legends.

Hope people can be nice to me even if I'm not a super MMO-expert.

BTW: What happened to your tumblr?

There's going to be rude people in any game, the best protection against that is getting in to a guild and letting people kinna get to know you and your play style/skill :). People who are pugging groups are usually either looking to get something done quickly, or don't know what they're doing themselves lol so a lot of times it's hard to get help in those kind of groups, but guildmates help other guildmates.

Also, if you can ever be on any RP realms in games, they tend to be a little more chill of a crowd than other realms. Not that they're perfect or anything but they will usually have more casual and friendly guilds than other realms (and they usually are RP neutral, rather than really being for or against RP).

My tumblr was about to turn in to a second deviantart account I think, and I didn't want that.

Thanks for the advice! :D

The thing about guilds is, I dunno if I can devote enough time to play with a guild. What I have seen so far from WoW guilds, they tend to pressure people into being there at a specific time so you can go do stuff together. But I guess there are kind of casual guilds out there, too? That would be great.

The only reason certain guilds would have for wanting you to play at a certain time is if they're a raiding guild, and they need people to be able to make raid times.

For anyone else though, most normal guilds don't really care when you play or how often :). They work more on a "if there happens to be enough people on, we'll go do some dungeons" schedule.
