So I guess I'm going to ge a bit personal here, which I typically dont do. Over the past few months, there has been something going on in my life that I need to set straight. I totally understand...I get the exact some thing. It's funny...even though I've gained 12 pounds I'm still getting stupid comments about my weight. People don't understand what it's like to be accused of having an eating disorder and often they say things like "oh you're so lucky" or say they hate you, when they have no idea.

Everyone is built differently and has different body types, and they need to stop pigeon-holing each other into their selfwrought ideals. I used to have a terrible problem accepting my weight until, like you said I realized the concept of 'ideal weight.' My hips really are just this wide, my shoulders are broad, and I really am freakishly muscular and strong. If I drop as low as 160lbs(HUGE for other people) I look gaunt and my chest bones stick out in a way ( ... )
