Isn't it interesting how Etsy peeps HATE eBay (generally speaking, of course), and yet, what is the most common payment method used on Etsy? 
PayPal. 
..and who owns PayPal, hmmmm?
eBay!

Seersly, people!  I find it rather odd that people feel that strongly about eBay, to begin with.  Just because you like one thing, doesn't mean you have to hate

I didn't know Etsy people hated eBay people....why?

I'm not sure why! They're two totally different types of sites! If you go to the forums, however, people call eBay clever little names like, "Schmeebay". They also get VERY offended when people say they start out describing Etsy to people as, "It's like eBay".

I don't know why I feel obligated to visit their forums, every few months. They are always so negative, but I feel like I'm going to miss out on important info, if I don't. Anywho, yeah, there are a lot of Etsians who are very down on Schmeebay.
