Is it better than Quidditch? How do you play it? What does a dress have to do with anything?

It's not better, but it's almost as good. It's like Quidditch, only without broomsticks, on ground, with only one ball, two scoring areas and lots of tackling.

How can you play a sport that's not Gobstones without broomsticks? Isn't it boring with only one ball? Why do you tackle instead of hitting each other with things?

Rugby is a Muggle sport. I don't play it myself but it's fun to watch.

Why is it fun to watch? It sounds sort of boring to me. No offence.

It's played on the ground, obviously, but it's very fast-paced and physical. And there's more skill involved than what you'd first think. And the blokes wear very short shorts.

How can anyone be fast on the ground and without using a broomstick?

They sprint. And they're in incredibly good shape. Especially the backs, although the loose forwards have the best stamina and the backs the best backsides.
