My taste buds are sad...

I just stopped at Chiang Mai Thai in Uptown and purchased toam kha with chicken. How pathetic. The last time I had this stuff it was tasty and had a small amount of heat because I had actually requested some. True Thai at Franklin and 27th or so...right near Riverside Perkins hasn't failed anyone I know yet

I've never been disappointed by Royal Orchid, in the giant strip mall at the southwest corner of Fairview and B2 near the Barnes and Noble.

There's also a really good Thai place in downtown St. Paul, if you ever venture so far. It's on 8th near St. Peter, IIRC, and is called Raum Mit Thai. Excellent.

The lack of flavorful ethnic food in this part of the world is criminal. When you order hot and sour soup and it's neither hot nor sour, well, yesh.
