I'll try to keep it down over here. My new computer will be here on Friday! Hooray! Fair warning, any one attempting to gleen any information on said computer will get nothing useful out of me. I was just having a bit of J.Lohr 2002 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon; I quite like it. But I have been craving extra sharp cheddar wildly. I have some new potatos out of the garden, too: and I wanted to bake them with cheddar cheese & garlic so much so, that I've postponed cooking them until I can collect a few dollars change around the house & get some cheddar cheese. Yum.

I saw you post and that reminded me - I sparked a (short) discussion of Tokay recently. The question came up of 'is there somewhere in town where you can reliably get real Hungarian Tokay?', and my first thought was to ask you.

Any chance you could check at your illustrious employer for us?

We have a couple. I just bought two this past weekend. Some of them are a real nice deal, things like the distributor is clearing them out for the next vintage and the like. We have a variety of intensities and ages from at least one brand, which I favored. I haven't actually looked but that's what I remember from Saturday.
