the horrible rape radius, HRR, is a direct result of the ghost rape radius, or GRR, first observed in Pac-man and later in Mrs. Pac-man. It was then found in such games as Grand Theft Auto when the flamewhrower was obtianed, or various other means of inflicting horifying flamey/non-flamey death upon your oppenents.
