Have you listened to any of the Torchwood Audio Stories by Big Finish? They are amazing and there are two Ianto centric stories and I just about died!

Yes they're very good, a lot of the character development that I feel we deserved in the first two seasons! There are a bit more Gwen centric stories than I would prefer, but at least for one of them Rhys is costarring. And they gave Tosh, Andy and Suzie their own stories. But it's the Ianto ones that I loved the most (surprise, surprise) and the one with him and Jack (it's in the second set of 6 stories called 'Broken') will give you all the feels. All of them!
