So today I set aside to write my 1000 word Jet essay, which is the last thing i need for this application. I need to find a computer with a word processing program and plunk down and do it. Honestly, though, I don't think I'm going to go to Japan. I just don't feel it enough, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to handle it mentally, and this scares ( Read more... )

an internet cafe that plays cat stevens. wicked. i donèt know if you will get this by tonight but jonah campbell is having a party tonight for guy fawkes dayé he lives near the st. henri metro. if you would like to go. and sean too. you can call me at 527-9973for directions. i will be home later. today is satruday. if not maybe i will call you. though i suppose you do have an essay to write i will call anyways.

Thanks, Catherine! I'll try to get the directions, but I'm supposed to go to Cafe Sarajevo tonight for some Gypsy music (that is if that's what's playing tonight). Maybe I'll be able to do both.

My usual answer is: I don't know anything anymore. I should be back to visit in February or March, before this Eastern Europe trip. The rest is unknown.
Right now, I'd like to say that I'd want to be back for good in 2007. At least back to the coast, that is. But then again, I don't know anything anymomre.

Just stop. Just stop then take the pressure off. Go one day at a time. Live this second and don't worry about the rest. Maybe the problem is that you are living only in the future so you can't see what your "direction" is. You can't create direction. It may exist, but you have to let it come to you rather than running from it. You don't need to do anything incredible or amazing either. Travelling to Central America was boring. Just be with what you've got and let life happen.
