"Dexter" questions

Has anyone watched the show "Dexter" on Showtime? What did you think of it?

I haven't seen it but I heard some folks talking about it at work. They seemed to to likee it very much.

Do you think it is wotrth purchasing when available on DVD?

I LOVE Dexter. I think it's absolutely brilliant. If you don't mind a bit of blood and splatter-y stuff, give it a chance, because it's absolutely worth it.

And don't get spoiled!!!!

That's exactly what I'm doing...not getting spoiled. When the show aired I didn't have Showtime so now I am thinking I missed a really good show.

Do you know where I could find the episodes? Will it be returning for a second season?

Since I'm not in the US and I -obviously- don't get Showtime, I downloaded everything from the net... ;)) I'm sure the DVDs will be out soon, I have no idea when, tho.

Dexter is a great show! If you have to wait for the dvds to come out you might want to read the novels that the show is based off of "Darkly Dreaming Dexter" and " Dearly Devoted Dexter" by Jeff Lindsay. If you can't wait for the dvds you can download the show from www.torrentspy.com. Don't ask me how I know that:P

All I can say is "Follow The Yellow Brick Road". I didn't know it was based on a book. I am going to have to look into this.
