Terms & Conditions~
- I accept payment through Paypal only. Other forms of payment are accepted only if discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
- All item prices are in either US Dollars or in Japanese Yen for certain items. These prices DO NOT include shipping or Paypal fees, unless otherwise stated.
- Reasonable price negotiations are allowed, but please remember to be reasonable! I do not get things for discounted prices. Most of my items are extras i got from winning too many auctions or something to that effect.
- The buyer is responsible for all fees and shipping and handling costs.
- Payment must be received before items can be shipped out. In certain cases where shipping fees are unknown, items will be sent out and shipping costs may be paid after they are confirmed, at my discretion. In the unlikely event that shipping costs a substantial amount more than the quoted price, then the buyer is responsible for the extra amount. I usually am okay if the shipping costs $1 or $2 more than quoted depending on the amount paid already, but if you paid $1 and it costs $4, then I will probably ask you for a part of the difference.
- Shipping will be done through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for all international orders. For orders within the US, items will be sent either through UPS (for items too large to fit in a regular first class airmail envelope, i.e. letter envelope, such as photo books or magazines or multiple item purchases) with tracking or through USPS (for small items, such as 1-2 cell phone straps or photos or pencils, etc.) as first class mail. Delivery confirmation or any other added services are to be paid by the buyer and must be requested ahead of time.
- I am not responsible for any items lost/damaged during shipping. I pack everything very well with bubble wrap or papers for cushion/support. For international items, sometimes things that go through customs are handled poorly depending on the country they are going to, so I suggest insurance or anything else you think might be necessary. If you do not opt for registered/certified or delivery confirmation, there is no way to track your package. For packages that have tracking, I will help you to track and try to locate them if you feel they are lost, but I am not responsible for the package after it has left my hands. I pack things the way I would want items coming to me to be packed!
- Refunds will not be given. Everything I sell is described to the best of my ability. If you have any questions or concerns about any item, please be sure to ask all questions before confirming purchase. Once you make any payments, the purchase has been confirmed. If you decide you don't want the item after paying for part of it, I have the right to not give a refund unless you have a really good, outstanding reason.
- Orders will be mailed out at my earliest convenience. International orders or any domestic orders that need to be sent through USPS may take a little longer because I do not drive and have to rely on my friends/co-workers to give me rides. I work a minimum of 40 hours a week and have a life too, so sometimes it might take a little longer to get to the post office. Please be understanding of that.
- All items are sent from NY, unless otherwise specified.
