Don't worry about the situation you mentioned above, things will definitely even out. You said what you were supposed to say and time will make things better. You told the truth to somebody who needed to hear it, whether they wanted to or not.

wow! I wish I had a huge keg of coffee for ya if it would make you feel you again. I think that if you are concerned about what you said to someone and it needed to be said and now you are not sure than I say you did the right thing. You can't not be you. If you have debated it now it might be because you don't like how it made someone feel or the outcome of what was said. Think of it this way....if you didn't say it, and later said person found out how you felt or what you said....they would definitley not have the respect they do now. I think I am confusing myself here but I am sure you will understand. Give it time to unwind and things will not return to normal, but return to what they should be. Who knows you could be even closer because of what was said! Cheer up!
