That does not sound fun. I know what you mean with the people who will not go away. I had web cases as a Tier 2 but I was a consultant for T1 agents in the UK. The cases were in German and Russian and the agents would not translate so I could help them. I owned one of the cases for a month when I finally said screw it and closed the case.

Hopefully things will get better, :)
