The economy bites

My parent company is cutting 3% of its work force.  I should be okay, but still...  They've already cut out my overtime.

Thankfully, CNN did pretty well last year, so they're hopefully not going to be making too many cuts here. I've heard (and seen) that most of the cuts are coming from high-priced correspondents whose contracts are not renewed. We've definitely got some new, younger faces on the air now.

I wish, but Dobbs is an anchor, not a correspondent, and Cafferty just has a bit role to begin w/. (Actually, I don't mind Cafferty when he does his "Cafferty File" on "Sit Room.") Dobbs is branded, and outlasted Ted Turner here. He's not going anywhere any time soon.
