seriously doll, you sound like you are beating yourself up.
you are a pretty girl, with interesting taste. you are fun to be around and have a great laugh. you have a boyfriend that you seem happy with, and a start at college.
try taking the things you dont like. and changing them.

if you are lazy, make yourself move.
if unmotivated. research and become interested in something.
nothing will ever change unless you allow/make it.

find things that make you happy, dont feel guilty about living, and try out some change in life. after all, you have an entire life ahead of you. why not become ambitious.
