I weigh more right now then i ever have before. I bought a calendar yesterday and i layed out which workouts im going to do on which day, i ran today, did a 20 minute pilate video and died. i fell asleep in the shower and i feel gross still after sweating out toxins from the summer. I set a goal of 20 lbs by halloween, which i think is a realistic
