I've always loved cities like Barcelona - you can walk down the street at 11pm, all the bars are open and there are loads of people about. There are even quite a few girls on their own like me, so I feel perfectly safe

When I first read the title of your entry I thought "haircut"!
I got a chuckle out of your comment about being confused for a native. When I was in Ibiza last summer I was mistaken for a Spaniard a couple times, even when the island was crawling with Brits. (again just until I opened my mouth).

In case you had not caught it in my journal, weekend trip to Bilbao on the 7-10th of October. You are more than welcome to join us.

I never seem to know where I'm going until the last minute - so Bilbao, who knows!? Saying that, I'm off to Turkey next week.
