Well i finally gave up my second job at Harry & David. They were sad to see me go, and I was kinda sad to go. It was getting harder and harder to move my work schedules around to fit in that second job. We had our inventory last weekend at Borders. There were about 80 people there from RGIS to scan every damn thing in the store. Near the end of the night, as the scanner peeps started leaving, I sat myself by the door to do bag checks. 2 kinda sassy black girls were giggling and pushing an envelope back and forth as they got closer to me. So it's been about 2 weeks since I started my part time job at H&D. I really like it cause it's a really easy job. I hand out samples of stuff people actually like. i and I have to try everything in the store so I know what to tell a customer if they ask questions. I was at the registers yesterday, when a little boy walked up with his mom. He was about 6 years old, and had his thumb completely wrapped up in gauze. I said smiling "what happened to your thumb"?
