Hugh gave me some insight into the malecondition and made me feel better, and the lady from the Canadian Jewish Congress in Montreal finally emailed me back (after a month) saying that a position might open up this summer. Things are, at least for now, and at least in theory, looking up. =)

Well, so I didn't get into Teach for America.

I just met a guy in the elevator at the library who knows Joe Costello from Lowell High. Weird.

had an excellent Peace by Peace session, I thik the best so far, where the kids were really doing well and responding to the lesson

Got two midterms back today. B on the American Jewish Community one, but that was because he wanted an outside artcle that he didn't put on reserve or anything. I have a phone interview with Teach for America on Friday afternoon!!!

I just went to the most AMAZING ballet. Alvin Ailey, a group based out of Harlem, and totally fantastic. I'm not usually moved by dance like I get moved by music, but there were a couple of dances that actually gave me chills. I'm sooo glad I went.
