Yay you did it! I loved reading this, and you picked a really cool day to blog.
Congrats on getting your car (and most importantly, your Meerkat :D I would totally get my insurance with them if I drove so I could get one as well!) My mum used to have a KA, exactly like the one you ended up getting, though hers was a kind of dark green, and it was always an awesome car :) That clock on the dashboard that you photographed brings back so many memories.
Also, I LOVE the ducks in your bathroom, so cute. I only have 4 in mine, way behind :p Plus, that towel is the coolest.
Sorry to hear you didn't sleep much :( Hope you've caught up on it now! Again, great day and thanks for sharingggg xx
PS You have no idea how much your bed-linen back home made me laugh, it's the awesomest! I remember seriously contemplating buying Return of the King bed-linen from Marks & Spencer back in the day, though in hindsight, I think I made the right decision not to :p
Thanks! I very nearly didn't do it, then just as I was falling asleep the night before I though 'Ah! Perfect blog opp!'.
Glad to hear the KA is a good car. People do seem to rate them. I pick it up tomorrow so I'm soooo excited right now! The meerkat will end up sat in the back of course lol.
I don't know how I ended up with a duck collection! I've actually realised since this that I have two keyring ones hung on the door handle too. At one point I must have decided that a bathroom needed ducks and then it's become like my thing. I love rubber duckies now!
ROTK bedding would be much cooler than Pater Pan lol. We always had Disney characters and really kiddy bedding even when we were technically too old for it, although my sister is getting into more grown up bedding now so it's as if her last few sets are being weeded out for spare bed use :) One of my aims is to get twister bedding now I have a double bed (although I have been saying this for the last two years almost and not gotten round to finding some yet!).
