Online-based Games, now I remeber why I hate them

Once a short time ago this pup loved to play games online games, then things sucked so he got fed up with them and turned his head to more fun activities like legos. Now this pup finds himself playing online based games again, and you know what.... nothing’s changed.

I stopped playing a lot of such games, but my impetus was more in the realization that getting levels and power in the virtual world leads to no betterment in reality. Recently i only play games with a few friends locally, or to kill an hour here or there.

That's why I tend to play games that allow me to instance and/or make a game private with only my friends.
As an example, lately, I've been playing Hellgate:London with a furry RL local friend of mine. Since the game is instanced unless you're in the "town", we never meet idiots or jerks. :3
