It doesn't taste exactly like Real Okonomiyaki - just no substitute for real nagaimo - but still, this made 12 smaller ones and after three I'm completely stuffed :)

It's fantastic comfort food :D I just wish I could get katsuobushi flakes, because they're the perfect topping. The okonomiyaki I got in Kobe (which had all of the above plus noodles) had flakes on top that curled as if they were alive, from the heat.
