HOLIDAY HAVOC

Linda and I arrived at the stadium three hours before the concert started. We went inside the stadium and tried looking for the stage but all we found was a stadium full of people in white shirts sponsering the Buddy Walk. By that point, already, we were freaked out. No stage, not a word about the concert, and everyone we laid eyes on was wearing a white shirt. So Linda asked where the concert was going to be. Go figure, it was on the opposite end of the stadium in the parking lot. So I assumed we could reach ther other side of the stadium by inside. We walked until we came to the last EXIT, which was a dead end.

Me: Do you have a key?
Him: No. Why don't you just hop the gate?
[Linda starts climbing up the ten foot gate until I insist she come back down]

We went to another gate and just tried pushing it, and very fortunately it was one of those only-locked-from-outside doors. We walked around outside several times, passing by time at Starbucks, and finally got around to waiting in line for our tickets. As we are at the desk trying to get the tickets . . .

DOOD:May I see your ID?
ME:I don't have any . . . [SHITSHITSHIT !!!]
LINDA: [gets out her school ID]
DOOD: How do I know these print-out tickets belong to you? HUUH?

It scared us shitless because my mom put down her name on both the tickets so we really had no other proof other than our word. I thought we came for nothing but this girl that didn't even work at the stadium told the dickface that the print-outs we were holding were the actual tickets. By the times we got to the line for the concert, the line was wrapped around the parking lot. That really sucked oompa loompa balls because when we first got dropped off, there were only ten other people in line.

The line moved more quickly than I thought it would. We only had to wait 10-15 minutes to get in. They wouldn't let us bring in drinks, food, or cameras. I told Linda to hide her camera under her shirt. It didn't even look noticeable but as we moved closer to the line, we saw that they felt people up to make sure they didn't have any disposable cameras placed under their clothing. They are sneaky, like me. Godammnit. So Linda ran off to hide her camera in some plants. There was more security there than at airports. They felt everyone up to make sure there were no cameras hidden under clothing and they even made girls lift up their bras so no packets of weed would fall out. So the actually concert didn't start for another couple hours and we just shopped around. These 22 year olds came up to us using the cheesiest pick-up line. "Has anyone told you two how amazingly sexy you guys are today?" I talked to them for a little bit until they started saying I should make out with Linda to make out with one of the guys.
