I'm tired of working for people. It has been a dream to do my own thing, and now i'm really starting to think about it. I've been trying to work out locations on where I could thrive with my profession and I have noticed that there is nothing in Havasu like i want to do. But then again Havasu isn't exactly the highest paid place or the employment

I wouldn't suggest starting any sort of business in Havasu. Especially in this sort of economy.

Ah but i don't lack vision and i see what could be and most of what people have made were in recession and bad economies. This is actually not a bad time to buy property or start something new, and when the economy does start to come back it has no choice but to sky rocket cause it is so bad right now.
