*Seems quite chipper herself at the increased activity, as she sweeps away the dust and dirt. Still wearing a kimono, despite the summer heat-- you'd figure she would at least switch to a yukata or something.

But despite the odd fashion sense, she continues to sweep and clean, and is available to assist anyone who needs it.*

::Shiroko is looking about, at some of the books and candles, but not really touching anything. She seems to occasionally rub her poofy Victorian skirt, but... otherwise, she looks kind of nervous and concerned.::

*Your regular comes in for his weekly tea refill. Though even though he grabs that, he decides that... Well, it's not like he really gives enough patronage to such a store like this, right?

And this is a pretty nice store. He should look at other things this place has instead of getting the tea, while he can.

So, he's going to look around, glancing over the items on display, and even the card packs.*

::There's some nice books, they look like used college materials and publications on Deck Theory and Construction. At worst they're a year or so out of date, but they're still valid, right? Probably something like 1000 to 1500 Yen each.

There's also some books by... rather peculiarly named authors. The titles vary, but the material seems to center on the pros and cons of humanity, and human ethics. 800~1000 Yen each.

And there's a rather grizzly tome in the back of the book section, it seems to detail experiments on how to remove the things that make one human. 3200 Yen.

Now, for a less creepy note, the packs are a mixed gathering, but if you're willing to pay attention, you can notice a mixture of Raging Battle, Ancient Prophecy, that old Water Structure Deck, and hey, some of those American Packs that they printed the Ice Barrier Cards in. Maybe those would work out for you? Most of the packs are priced at a reasonable 150 Yen for 5 cards.::

*... he grabs the materials on Deck Theory and Construction, definitely. Even if they're a year old, it's still good to look at older builds and theories-- some could still be applied today, after all.

... When he gets to the weirder stuff though, he definitely needs to double-take. He takes out a pair of reading glasses and slips them on, so he can glance through these books. "Pros and Cons of Humanity"? How... Odd, honestly. And yet his curiosity is piqued, so he takes.

He then gets to the tome in the back, and looks through. ... He's definitely looking perplexed. He puts it back though, deciding that's a bit more unusual than he'd figure.

... He goes and grabs some of those American packs, though, for Ice Barrier cards. 150 for 5? Cheaper than trying to spend the money on Duel Terminal, and all.*

::They seem to be penned by various experts at the Dueling Schools, as well as some well off Duelists in the Pros and the more hardcore Cash Prize tournaments.

... They don't seem to be written in Japanese, but for some reason, you don't seem to have much trouble reading the book. It seems to explain that human good and rightness is hardly any better than anyone else's.

... You pass a drink at some point, that claims to take out that annoying humanity for a few hours, if you want to get away from being human.

Yes. Might not get the Ice Barrier cards, but they are advertised at least.::

*Setsuo is back, looking once more at the figurines. Despite his questioning look though, his expression seems vaguely... Suspicious.

Why be suspicious of figurines, though? Just because they talked for a while there...*

*... oooh, Wynnda.

He does grab all four of those though. Hey, there's an actual Worm monster figurine, that's more than there was last time with the Needle Worm keychain!*
