I'm really glad this week is over. I think things will only get better from here. I can't see them getting much worse and that's not necessarily a negative statement. Last night I started my 6 day lifting regimen thing. I did upper body (days 1 & 4), today I'll head to the track to do a 30 minute run (days 2 & 5), tomorrow lower body (days 3 & 6),
