Yesterday Alex and I bought a house. We met the sellers of the property at our lawyer's office with our broker, and sat down to sign innumerable papers. You see movies where the lawyer has a two inch thick binder of papers, and puts sheet after sheet in front of the client, pointing to places, bluntly telling them to sign here. That was exactly
