Life was going too well for a while, and then decided enough was enough. I may have made some decisions that screw up a major part of my life, at least for a while. Way to go dipshit. My parents are damn close to hating me, and I may have ruined the legitimacy of mine and Emily's relationship for them. Dogmas, by the way, are a pretty terrible

Brent -- I've always thought you have a great head on your shoulders capable of making rational and well-thought-out choices. I think you have good judgement and can analyze a situation well. If you feel like Emily is the one, stick with it and invest your heart into it. Even if the whole world tells you you're crazy, love is worth it.

Just my two pennies -- I've definately been criticized enough for getting engaged at age 20 -- I obviously have no idea what I'm doing ;).
