Exactly. I don't like how LJ is flip-flopping on the issues and the bad customer service, but these problems aren't going away if fandom switches journaling sites.

I somehow doubt the issue came up when it started with Kirk/Spock and was distributed at Cons - that's hardly as public as posting on LJ or anywhere else you can get to by a simple Google search.
No problem. I think that fandom will have to change, but I believe it is unwilling to do so. I sense that fans feel entitled to many things and they're not willing to accept certain truths.
