Arthas hasn't threatened the inmate population like he has the entire warden population, so it was my first instinct to warn them first and try to round up help.

Because it came with him when he arrived and his soul is within the blade! It's part of him!

It used to be in a magically sealed box, but I had to get it out so I could possibly do something about that.
