Well, it's 2am, but this was marvellous. I'm glad I read it.
One thing in particular I loved was how intense that final kiss was, even though the romance had already been resolved, and that usually means that I'm feeling happy but not especially invested anymore. I was as in the moment there as Draco and Harry were, though, and that's awesome.
This is just what I was looking for to distract me from my life today. I've missed your writing! I've never been to London but I always feel apart of the city when I read your works. Reading fic conceived before the last two novels is sometimes difficult for me now, especially if I'm reading them for the first time, but I had no problem accepting your canon here. I just wish there had been a bit more back story - I was confused about Aunt Petunia? Did I miss something as to why Harry and she were so cozy together? What exactly happened there?
Harry's and Draco's relationship was perfect... slowly built, with plenty of tension and meaningful gazes. And the sex was excellent timing :D. Also love Ron's hottness and general air of well-being. I can imagine he would have been devastated at the loss of Hermione and it would be hard for he and Harry to go on as they had been, but I like the way you've characterized their friendship building back up again.
Wow, I never leave that much feedback... anyway, thank you again.
Thanks so much, it's lovely to hear what you enjoyed about our story :) Especially pleased to hear that Harry and Ron's relationship worked for you--so often we read about them remaining BFF, when in reality, adult life has its ups and downs.
Petunia's backstory isn't meant to be explicit, but Vernon died in a car accident. I leave it up to you why her and Harry may now have a much more amiable relationship :) Thanks again.
This is exactly the kind of story I have been yearning for!! Draco and Harry are both wonderfully grown-up, and both are passionate about the careers they have. I loved the details about both of their jobs, especially Harry's (yes, former biotech nerd!). Draco was brilliant, and I loved the scene of them at Queerditch Marsh. Completely lovely story!!! :)
That was totally wowsome! I wanted to take a peek but wasn't able to pull self from the screen until I finished. Brilliant! So many fantastic details and magic touches. Will be reccing. Thank you very much, you Wizes! :)
