Yesterday was the company holiday dinner...late evening meal and I did indulge... [wry grin] Not happy with this morning's scale results, but if I'm good the rest of the week, it should taper back off on its own... with that being said, I need to get moving again, despite being busy with other holiday related activities and treats. Water and tea without sugar (caffeine optional, but generally minimal)... but getting moving has got to come back into play.
Focus on getting in the best shape since you have less weight to lose... what does it mean to you to be in "shape", besides being able to run 7 minute miles? The better you define your goal, the better you may be able to work to achieve it. I need to work on this, too.
My goal is to have my body shape close to that of a 20-something rather than a 30-something. Get the measurements that matter (waist mostly) under control and go from there. The fitness plan should take care of that. It's designed to. Then, the biggest problem, maintaining it.
