Thought for the day: Don't sink, swim.
Sunday started out great, slow morning having oatmeal (water not milk) with honey and raisins for breakfast. The gooey secreted mass went down quite well with a glass of soy milk.
We are having a nor-easter today, we got 4 inches of rain before noon so I figured it was a great day to go

You know what our schedule looks like this week! Lose another pair of swim trunks like that, and neither one of us will have time to pick you up another pair at the shops! You may have to look at the Y schedule to find lap swimming in the dark!
What I want to know is how rough is it for a Brit to give up milk in tea?
I must say, you're doing well kiddo! I had to put sour cream on my black bean and kale burrito yesterday! Ok, didn't want the rest of the container to go bad :-)
