Mark,
What a worthy fight to be fought! I wish you the all the powers of the forces of the Light side. Yes, pun intended.
When I initially looked at the format of this page, I noticed it says "Recent Entries." What with your title and this topic, my brain read that as "Recent Entrees." ;-)

In the category of "kick him while he's down" I offer:
233! Holy smoke, you've outdone me. Of course I'm hefting 225 myself these days...
And what's this? You only sit in front of a computer for 7 hours a day? I fear the lies have already started!!!
Ok, bashing is done... for now.
I hope to hear a bit in future installments about WHY you choose vegan.
I purchased a book last year called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle." http://www.fitren.com/ I read a few chapters then put it down. Last month I picked it back up and finished it. The author's style is appealing to me. No nonsense, straight shooter type of stuff. His background is body building. The philosophy is, body builders have proven that they know how to retain muscle and loose fat, so if you want to loose weight (fat), do what they do, just not as extreme.

It all comes down to: eat less, do more.
