I don't know about you, but, my ancestors 10 years ago were NOT foraging. And as I didstinctly recall, neither were you :)

I believe 10 years ago you might have been foraging for your next beer at St. Andrew's, perhaps PJ Moran's. And nuts, yes, you would have been scooping handfuls of them at the bar counter...but, I'd hardly call that foraging.

I'm all for continuing your diet until the next doctor's visit! You might get a better understanding of how much the diet impacts your overall cholesteral health.

Keep it up babes!

Hey Mark,

Keep up the good work with the weight. I heard the other day that for every 25 lbs. you lose, your weiner gets an inch longer. When I told Mai, she put me on a diet!

Well maybe I's just an ignorant North Americaner, but this interweb thing just learned me that there be a cuisine called "body sushi." Git yerself over to that Google machine and try out an image search. Oh, ya better wait till yer spouse is out baling hay before ya do... or there might be a whipp'n in store.`

On the motivation front...

I recently read about a guy who bought a 5 pound bag of sugar for every 5 pounds he lost. He staked them up on the kitchen counter to remind himself that he didn't want to carry it around any more. Sounds like a good idea to me.
