Some good news... amongst the bad..

So today included a trip to the Doctors at the request of my counselor last week... Most of it was stuff I'm not ready to deal with publicly..

BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the bright side I weighed in at under 90kg... (87.5) with my boots, pants and shirt still on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   WHOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!
