'SUP 2012. Meet your History teacher. Who, for ~*plot convenience*~ (and so he's actually useful for something, idk) especially loves the pre-World War II period and suddenly BURNS WITH PASSION when he starts about that

Lilly might pity him a little and try especially hard to be a good, helpful student in his class. She's taking a history class this summer so it's possible that they might already be in contact? She'd probably really like his ties and make a game out of trying to identify the different scenes in them. She's too polite to correct him about his lessons but she might be a little embarrassed on his behalf and concerned for him. She'd be very patient with him on the name issue, maybe attempt to joke about how it must be difficult keeping everyone's names straight on top of all the other responsibilities teachers have.
She'd really like him a lot, for sure, if only because she's drawn to people who are troubled or need some kind of help. She'd probably always say hello and ask him how he was whenever she saw him in the halls.
Aww, Lillian, so niiice. Yeah, he does the history classes over summer as well so she's been in his class. This means he'll at least recognize her most of the time? Name screwing up will be inevitable though. At least he'll be happy for her forgiving him for that. All students should be more like you, Laura-- ... Wait. And yeah, he pretty much always looks pretty lost and clueless, especially when he randomly falls asleep somewhere in school. It's practically wearing a neon sign saying 'I can't take care of myself'. So I can imagine that he'd be happy knowing at least some people will put up with his derp, ahaha.
Awww, Ethan. ♥ Lilly would always do her homework and turn it in, maybe take up assignments from the other students (if any of them bothered to do them, haha) and just put them somewhere really obvious on his desk where (theoretically) he couldn't miss them. If Lilly found him sleeping somewhere, she'd try to wake him up before he got caught, maybe joke that the cots in the nurse's office might be more comfortable for a catnap. I could definitely see her looking out for him a little in small ways.
