TUTORIAL 3: CHARLIZE THERON

Info: Desaturation, light texture, and gradients.

I originally started out doing a tutorial on desaturation, but then I realized that there wasn't much to go on about (and since it was raining outside), so I just made an icon and did a tutorial on it.

What layer mode are you using that light texture on? They're supposed to be used on 'Lighten' or 'Screen' so that the black doesn't make a difference. :)

Oh darn, I forgot to add that detail, didn't I? :X It was actually on overlay. I thought that lighten/screen was too light, so I chose overlay to add some dark. :)
